Moose Steak

1. Fryi onion, brown in butter.
2. Seari steak on both sides in butter with onion.
3. Cover and let simmer for 1/2 hour.
4. When meat is almost tender, add mushrooms and the flour stirred into the cream.
5. Cover and let simmer 20 minutes.
