Monterey Artichoke Bake

Monterey Artichoke Bake ingredients
- 12 oz Marinated artichoke hearts
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Onion
- 1 T garlic
- 4 Egg
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Dry bread crumbs
- 2 c Jack cheese
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Dried basil
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Dried oregano
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
- 2 T Diced green chiles
Cooking Monterey Artichoke Bake
1. Drain artichoke hearts well, reserving marinade.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon reserved marinade in a small skillet, over a medium flame.
3. Add onions and garlic, saute for 4-5 minutes until softened cut artichoke hearts to a small dice.
4. Combine all ingredients-mix well.
5. Pour into a greased baking pan. Remove from heat, allow to stand for 20-30 minutes.
6. Cut into 25-30 bars.
7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
