Monkfish Stir-Fry (Chicken of The Sea) ingredients

  • 372529⁄-2009260032 lb Monkfish, cleaned
  • 1 t olive oil
  • 1 each red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 each green bell pepper, julienned
  • 2483527⁄624973141 each pineapple, cut into wedges and grilled
  • 3 each green onions or scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 clv caramelized garlic
  • 1 T Light soy sauce
  • 1 t Sesame oil
  • 1 T ketchup
  • 1 T Honey

Cooking Monkfish Stir-Fry (Chicken of The Sea)

1. Preheat the grill.
2. Brush the monkfish with olive oil. Plce the monkfish on the grill and cook for 2 minutes per side on medium heat.
3. Remove; the fish will not be fully cooked.
4. Cut hte monkfish into silver dollar-size pieces.
5. Seari the peppers, then set aside.
6. Preheat a wok or large sauté pan on the grill or side burner.
7. Add the sesame oil, green onions or scallions, and garlic.
8. Add the peppersm pineapple, soy sauce, ketchup, and honey.
9. Add the monkfish and continue cooking until the fish is done.
