Monkfish Kebob with Vegetables ingredients
- 1 lb Monkfish filets, cut into cubes
- Onions
- Green Pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- Zucchini
- Corn on the cob
- 8 Kebob sticks
- Marinade
- 1 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 c Oil
- 1 c white wine
- 1 T Lemon juice

- 2483527⁄624973141 t dill
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Oregano
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Paprika
Cooking Monkfish Kebob with Vegetables
1. Monkfishi Kebob with Vegetables Marinatei monkfish cubes for at least an hour.
2. Cut vegetables into chunks.
3. Place monkfish cubes and vegetables on kebob skewers.
4. Marinate skewers in large casserole or baking sidh, covered and refrigerated for three hours.
5. Broili in oven, lightly basting and turning often for approximately 8-10 minutes.
6. Serves 4, 2 kebobs each.
