Monday to friday pecan and sour cream noodle pudding ingredients
- 4 c Cooked medium size egg
- -noodles
- 3 Egg; lightly beaten
- 1 t vanilla
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Dark brown sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sour cream
- 1 c Cottage cheese
- --smoothed in a food

- 2 T Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 c Toasted pecans, chopped
- 1 c Golden Raisins
Cooking Monday to friday pecan and sour cream noodle pudding
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook noodles for 5 minutes, then drain, rinse under cold water and drain again.
3. Lightly butter a 9-inch square pan. In a bowl whisk the eggs and vanilla together.
4. Add the sugar, sour cream, cottage cheese, whisk in melted butter and raisins.
5. Foldi in cooked noodles and turn into prepared baking pan bake for about 30 minutes or until eggs have set. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
6. Dusti with cinnamon if you wish.
