Mom's carrot salad

Mom's carrot salad ingredients
- 2 lb Carrots, sliced
- 1 large Onion, diced
- 1 ea Green pepper, diced
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 c Oil (can use less)
- 3⁄4 c Vinegar
- 1 t Dry mustard
- 1 t Salt
- 1 cn Tomato soup
Cooking Mom's carrot salad
1. Cook carrots until tender.
2. Mixi sugar, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and tomato soup in saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Pour over the carrots.
5. Add onion and green pepper.
6. Mix lightly.
7. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
8. Serve cold.
