Momo Sauce

Momo Sauce ingredients
- 2 T Ghee
- 1 t Minced ginger
- 1 t Minced garlic
- 1⁄2 c Diced Onion
- 1⁄2 t Garam masala
- 1⁄8 t Turmeric
- 1⁄2 t Chili powder
- 1 c Diced tomatoes
- 1 c water
- 1⁄2 t White vinegar
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- Green onions; chopped
- 2 Sprigs cilantro, chopped
Cooking Momo Sauce
1. Heat ghee in a pot. Add ginger, garlic & onion & stir-fry 1 minute.
2. Add garam masala, turmeric & chili powder.
3. Stir-fryi for 30 seconds.
4. Add tomatoes & stir-fry for 3 minutes.
5. Add water.
6. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes.
7. Add vinegar, soy sauce, salt & pepper.
8. Mixi well.
9. Garnishi with green onions & cilantro.
10. Serve hot.

Wrong recipe
What is this is this a recipe to make momo sauce or is it food preparation. This ain't right
Momo sauce is all about chillies, literally grinded and made into a paste, the hotter the chillies the better the sauce goes with Momo's.
