Mockamole

Mockamole ingredients
- 1 Ripe avocado
- 1 Block ( 10 0z ) silken tofu
- 5 T Fresh lemon juice
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 2 T Fresh Chopped parsley
Cooking Mockamole
1. Place skinned avocado in food processor with remaining ingredients and process smooth, Good as a stuffing in pita or a side dish with spicy foods.
2. When processing may need to add a tb of water for smooth consisitency.
