Mock whipped cream frosting ingredients

  • In small pan
  • Cook until thickened:
  • 2 T flour
  • 1⁄2 c Milk
  • Cool
  • Blend in electric mixer:
  • 1⁄2 c butter Or margarine
  • 1⁄2 c Powdered sugar;

Cooking Mock whipped cream frosting

1. Add 2 mixtures together, a dash of salt, flavoring, (a drop of color, if desired), and beat on high speed for 4 minutes.
