Mock crab cakes ingredients

  • 2 c Grated zucchini
  • 1 c Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 T Mayonnaise
  • 1 t Crab spice or to taste
  • Grated onion, optional
  • Grated celery, optional

Cooking Mock crab cakes

1. Gratei zucchini.
2. Mixi all ingredients together.
3. Fryi in skillet until browned on both sides.
