Cooking Mixed Italian Olives
1. Mixed Italian olives Freshly ground pepper to taste Oreganoi to taste Crack the olives with a hammer or mallet until the pits show.
2. Combine the olives with the remaining ingredients.
3. Let stand at room temperature for 2 days.
4. Store in refrigerator in sealed sterilized jars.
