  • 1 cn Kidney Beans -- 15 1/2 oz/rinse/drai
  • 1 cn Garbanzo Beans -- 15 1/2 oz/rinse/drai
  • 1 cn Tomatoes -- 14 1/2 oz/crushed
  • 1 med Onion, chopped
  • 1 pk Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 clv garlic, minced
  • 1 cn chicken Broth -- 14 1/2 oz.

  • 1 t Chili powder
  • 1 t Black pepper
  • 1 T parsley, dried

Cooking Mixed Bean Soup with Cornmeal Dumplings*

1. Combine stuff in crock-pot.
2. Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hours (High: 4 to 5 horus].
3. At end of cooking turn crock-pot to High and prepare dumplings as directed.
