Mitzi gaynor's hungarian goulash ingredients

  • 3 T Bacon fat
  • 1 c Onion, chopped
  • 2 1⁄2 lb Lean veal, cut into
  • 2 T Paprika
  • 1 1⁄2 t Salt
  • 1⁄4 t Pepper
  • 1⁄4 t margarine
  • 2 c Beef broth and water
  • 1 c Dry white wine
  • 4 T Green -or- red pepper
  • 4 T flour
  • 1⁄2 c Sour cream
  • Poppy seed noodles, cooked
  • -and drained

Cooking Mitzi gaynor's hungarian goulash

1. Heat bacon fat in large, heavy skillet or dutch oven.
2. Add onions and saute.
