Missouri mix

Missouri mix ingredients
- 8 c flour
- 1⁄4 c baking powder
- 2 t Salt
- 1 c Nonfat dry milk
- 1 1⁄2 c -Shortening
Cooking Missouri mix
1. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Sifti to assure even distribution of ingredients.
3. Using a pastry blender, cut in shortening until mix is the consistency of cornmeal.
4. Store in an airtight container, in a cool place for up to several months.
