Mississippi mud cake

Mississippi mud cake ingredients
- 3 Sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 3⁄4 c Milk
- 1⁄4 lb butter
- 2 c Sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 1 1⁄2 t Baking soda
- 2 t vanilla
- 3 Eggs
- 1 pk Instant Pudding (choc Fudge)
Cooking Mississippi mud cake
1. Preheat oven to 275 °F. melt chocolate in milk.
2. Pour over butter.
3. Add sugar, stir.
4. Add next 6 ingredients, mix with beater until smooth.
5. Pour into well greased tube pan. Bakei 1 to 1 ¼ hours (test with toothpick).
6. Let cool.
7. can be topped with confectioners sugar for decorative touch, but this cake is so rich and moist it requires no frosting.
