Miso barbecue beef w/ginger teriyaki ingredients

- 372529⁄-2009260032 T Japanese miso
- 3 T Mirin/rice wine or dry
- Sherry
- 3 T Japanese style soy sauce
- 1 T Distilled white vinegar
- 1 T Sugar
- 2 t Sesame oil
- Sauce-
- 2 T Sake
- 3 T Mirin/rice wine or dry
- Sherry
- 3 T Japanese style soy sauce
- 2 T Sugar
- 2 t Grated fresh ginger
Cooking Miso barbecue beef w/ginger teriyaki
1. Slice roast across grain into ¼ inch thick slices.
2. Combine miso, mirin, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil. Place beef in self sealing plastic bag; add marinade, turn bag, and massage to coat.
3. Refrigerate 4 hours.
4. Remove meat from marinade; wipe off excess.
5. Grilli over hot coals 1 to 1 ½ minutes on each side or until seared.
6. Serve hot with ginger-teriyaki sauce, over noodles or rice.
7. Saucei: place all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
8. Lower heat and simmer into a light syrupy consistency.
