Minute chicken pie

Minute chicken pie ingredients
- 2 T Fat or salad oil
- 4 Thinly sliced small onions
- 1 T Minced Green Pepper
- 1 cn Undiluted condensed cream of mushroom soup (10 ¾ oz Can)
- 1⁄2 c Milk
- 1 c Leftover chicken or turkey
- 1⁄2 c Cooked vegetables
Cooking Minute chicken pie
1. From: good housekeeping cookbook, 1962 ed. Baking powderi biscuit dough (made with 1 cup bisquick or flour) start heating oven to 450°F.
2. In hot fat in skillet, saute onions and green pepper until tender.
3. Add soup, milk, chicken, vegies.
4. Pout into 8 inch pie plate.
5. Roll dough into 9 inch circle; arrange on chicken mixture; flute edge; prick.
6. Bakei 15 minutes or until biscuit dough is done.
7. Makes 4 servings.
