Minty Fudge Brownies ingredients
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c flour, unbleached
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Baking soda
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 1 c Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 c butter
- 3 T water
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Mint-Chocolate Chips
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t vanilla extract
- 3 Eggs
- 1 c nuts chopped
- 1 pk walnut halves; optional
Cooking Minty Fudge Brownies
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
2. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter and water; bring JUST TO A BOIL.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add mint-chocolate chips and vanilla extract; stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
5. Transfer to a large bowl.
6. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
7. Gradually blend in flour mixture.
8. Stiri in nuts.
9. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bakei at 324 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
10. Cool completely on wire rack, cut into 1/2 inch squares.
11. Garnishi with walnut halves if desired.
