Minted Fruit Salad

Minted Fruit Salad ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 1⁄3 c Orange juice
- 1⁄3 c Lemon juice
- 1⁄3 c water
- 1⁄4 t Peppermint extract
- 8 c assorted fresh fruits -- cut up
- fresh mint leaves -- for garnish
Cooking Minted Fruit Salad
1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except fruit; stir until sugar dissolves completely.
2. Place fruit in large shallow dish; pour juice mixture over.
3. Cover; chill 3 hours, overnight, or all day, stirring occasionally.
4. Garnishi with mint leaves.
5. Makes about 8 cups.
