Miniature Bacon- Cheese Quiche ingredients

  • 1 pk cream cheese -- softened (3 oz.)
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c margarine, softened
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c flour
  • ---FILLING---
  • 8 oz bacon -- cooked crisp, crumbled
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese -- finely shredded
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese -- finely shredded
  • 1 small Onions, finely chopped
  • --LIQUID FILLING:--
  • 1 c half half
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper

Cooking Miniature Bacon- Cheese Quiche

1. Pastryi shells: Combine ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls.
2. Place into ligh tly greased miniature muffin pans (1 3/4 inch) forms into shells and prick with fork.
3. Bakei at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
4. Filling: Combine onion, bacon and che eses; fill each pastry shell.
5. Liquid Filling: Combine eggs, half half and sea sonings in large mixer bowl.
6. Pour into pastry shells over the bacon mixture.
7. Ba ke at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until set. Can be prepared ahead of time an d frozen.
