Mini Pupkin Biscuits

Mini Pupkin Biscuits ingredients
- 2 c Whole-wheat flour
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 1⁄2 t Ginger
- 1⁄4 t Nutmeg
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 2 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 c Pureed pumpkin
- 1⁄4 c Firm silken tofu
- 2 T Maple syrup
- 4 T Soy milk
Cooking Mini Pupkin Biscuits
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Mixi together the first 6 ingredients & set aside.
3. Blend together the pumpkin, tofu & maple syrup until smooth.
4. Add to dry ingredients.
5. Stiri in soy milk, 1 tb at a time, until the dough forms a ball.
6. Roll out dough to 3/4" thickness.
7. Cut with a cookie cutter.
8. Bakei for 10 minutes, or until golden.
9. Serve immediately.
