- 1 c flour
- 2⁄3 c yellow corn meal
- 2 T Sugar
- 1 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 Egg
- 3⁄4 c Milk
- 2 T Corn oil
- 16 oz Cocktail wieners
- Corn oil
Cooking Mini Corn Dogs I
1. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. In another bowl, combine egg, milk, and 2 tablespoons oil. Add to flour mixture, stir to mix well.
3. Heat oil to 375 degrees.
