- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Graham cracker crumbs
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Melted butter
- 3 pk Cream cheese
- 1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
- 3 Eggs
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 1 cn 21oz pie filling, any flavo
Cooking Mini cheesecakes #2
1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine.
2. Press equal portions onto bottoms of 24 lightly greased muffin cups.
3. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
4. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth.
5. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
6. Spoon equal amounts of mixture into prepared cups.
7. Bakei 20 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill, top with filling.
8. Store refrigerated.
