Milk chocolate fudge

Milk chocolate fudge ingredients
- 1 pk Milk chocolate chips, 12 oz
- 3 T butter
- 3⁄4 c Walnuts, chopped
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 c Sweetened condensed milk
- -Like Eagle Brand or use
- -Recipe following
- SWEETENED CONENSED MILK
- 1⁄3 c water
- 3⁄4 c Sugar
- 1 1⁄3 c Instant skim milk
- 4 T butter
Cooking Milk chocolate fudge
1. Place chocolate in microsafe dish or measuring cup. Microwave, uncovered, at medium to medium high power until chocolate appears soft, approx.
2. 3 minutes.
3. Stiri every minute.
4. Do not overheat.
5. (or chocolate can be melted in top of a double-boiler over very low heat).
6. Stir until melted.
7. Remove from heat.
8. Stir in condensed milk, butter and vanilla.
9. Blend until butter is mixed with the chocolate.
10. Stir in nuts.
11. Spread mixture into a lightly oiled 8-inch square pan. Cool at room temperature.
12. Sweetened condensed milki: heat water and sugar in medium saucepan until sugar dissolves, approx.
13. 5 minutes.
14. Add butter.
15. Heat mixture until butter melts.
16. Remove from heat.
17. Place instant milk in food processor or blender.
18. Pour water/sugar mixture into processor/blender.
19. Process until well blended.
20. Makes 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk for fudge recipe.
21. No leftovers like when you use the canned sweetened condensed milk.
