Mild fish pickle

Mild fish pickle ingredients
- 3 oz Tuna, salmon or anchovy
- 2 t white wine
- 1 T Vinegar
- 1⁄2 t Mustard seed
- 1⁄2 t Oregano
- 1⁄2 t Celery seed (or lovage)
- 1 T olive oil
- 1⁄2 t Honey
- 1 pn basil
- 1⁄4 t thyme
- 1 Mint leaf, finely chopped
Cooking Mild fish pickle
1. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
2. This fish pickle may be stored in the refrigertator in a glass jar for up tp 2 weeks, and should then be replaced.
