Mild fish pickle ingredients

  • 3 oz Tuna, salmon or anchovy
  • 2 t white wine
  • 1 T Vinegar
  • 1⁄2 t Mustard seed
  • 1⁄2 t Oregano
  • 1⁄2 t Celery seed (or lovage)
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1⁄2 t Honey
  • 1 pn basil
  • 1⁄4 t thyme
  • 1 Mint leaf, finely chopped

Cooking Mild fish pickle

1. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
2. This fish pickle may be stored in the refrigertator in a glass jar for up tp 2 weeks, and should then be replaced.
