Mignonette sauce ingredients
- 1 Part white wine
- 1 Part champagne vinegar or
- white wine vinegar
- A little minced shallot
- Lots of freshly cracked
- Black pepper
Cooking Mignonette sauce
1. Combine all ingredients.
