Microwave Salmon Ring ingredients

  • 1 c Salmon; 15 oz
  • 1 Egg; lightly beaten
  • 1 c Bread crumbs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sour cream or whipping cream
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t curry powder
  • 1 Onion; small minced
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
  • 1 Lemon, juice & rind
  • Sauce-
  • 2 t butter
  • 2 t flour
  • 1 c Milk
  • 3 t dill; chopped fresh or dill

Cooking Microwave Salmon Ring

1. Fat grams per serving: Approx.
2. Cook Time: :15 LOAF: Empty can(s) of salmon in bowl, undrained, flake and break apart with fork.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Mixi thoroughly, place in microwave ring pan. Cover with wax paper and cook on High 6 minutes.
5. Let stand 5 minutes.
6. Unmold.
7. SAUCE: Melt butter on High 30 seconds.
8. Stiri in flour.
9. Cook at High 30 seconds to 1 minute.
10. Stir in milk, slowly.
11. Add dill weed and pepper.
12. Cook on High, stirring every 1 to 2 minutes till thickened.
