Michaelmas broth - potes gwyl mihangel ingredients

  • 1 small chicken
  • 2 l water
  • 1 onions, diced
  • 50 g Carrots, diced
  • 50 g Celery, cut up
  • 2 T rice, long grain
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking Michaelmas broth - potes gwyl mihangel

1. Clean the chicken and cut into joints.
2. Place in a large pan with the onion, carrot and celery.
