- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cn Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cn Creamy onion soup
- 1 cn Cream of chicken soup
- 1 pk ranch doritos
- 1⁄2 c chicken broth
- 1 lb mexician velveeta cheese
Cooking mexician chicken
1. Boil chicken breasts and cut in cubes save 1/2 broth from chicken layer cubed chicken in 9x13 pan slice cheese and put on top of chicken mix,soups,rotel tomatoes,and 1/2 bag crushed doritos,place on cheese put rest of crushed doritos on top of soup mixture pour chicken broth on top bake 350 20-30 minutes.
2. till hot and bubbly.
