Mexican Won Ton ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb Ground meat (beef, pork, turkey)
  • 1 cn Black beans, drained
  • 1 Packet taco seasoning mix
  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 T garlic Powder
  • 1 bn Green onions (scallions),
  • -chopped
  • 4 t Cayenne pepper
  • 2 pk Azumaya Won Ton Wrappers

Cooking Mexican Won Ton

1. Sautei ground meat over medium heat until no longer pink.
2. Sprinkle on garlic powder, cayenne and Tacoi seasoning mix. Stiri well.
3. Add drained black beans.
4. Mixi thoroughly; remove from heat.
5. When meat mixture has cooled to room temperature, stir in cheese and onions.
6. TO MAKE WON TON: Place a teaspoon of the mixture onto the middle of each won ton wrapper.
7. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold the wrappers over to form triangles, and seal the edges, pinching them together.
8. Moisten bottom side of LEFT corner and upper side of RIGHT corner.
9. Foldi left corner up toward you, and fold right corner over left; seal together.
10. Fryi several won tons at a time in hot oil (375 degrees F) until golden brown.
11. Drain well on paper towels.
12. Serve with fresh Mexican salsa or guacamole.
13. Makes approximately 100 won tons.
