Mexican wedding cakes (cookies) ingredients

  • 1 c butter
  • 1⁄4 c sugar, powdered
  • 1⁄8 t Salt
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 2 c flour
  • 1⁄2 c nuts chopped

Cooking Mexican wedding cakes (cookies)

1. Creami butter with ¼ c powdered sugar.
2. Add salt, vanilla, flour and nuts and mix well.
3. Roll dough into small balls and place on greased baking sheets.
4. Bakei at 325°F for 15 minutes.
5. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
