Mexican Delight

Mexican Delight ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Sugar (carmelized)
- 3⁄4 c Milk
- 1⁄2 c nuts
- 2 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 c butter
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Soda
- 1⁄4 t vanilla
Cooking Mexican Delight
1. Boil milk, sugar, butter, salt and soda.
2. Add the carmelized sugar to the boiling mixture.
3. Cook to soft-ball stage.
4. Cool. Beat, and add vanilla and nuts.
