Mexican Chorizo

Mexican Chorizo ingredients
- 2 lb pork
- 2 t Salt
- 1⁄4 c Hot chili powder
- 2 T garlic
- 2 T Oregano
- 1⁄4 c Vinegar
- Sausage casings
Cooking Mexican Chorizo
1. Coarsely grind meat with a grinder or food processor.
2. Combine with remaining ingredients, except casings-mix well stuff loosely into casings.
3. Remove air pockets by pricking with a needle.
4. Tie off into 4-5 inch links.
5. Chill or freeze to store.
