Mexican chicken salad ingredients

  • 2 c Cooked Chicken, Cut Up
  • 1⁄4 c Dairy Sour Cream
  • 1⁄4 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1⁄4 c Carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 T Cilantro, Fresh, FinelySnipped
  • 2 T capers
  • 2 T Pimentos, Canned, Chopped
  • 2 T Lime Juice
  • 1⁄2 t Cumin, ground
  • 1⁄2 t oregano leaves, dried
  • 1⁄4 c Onion, Chopped, 1 small
  • 1 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Avocado, *
  • 1 Paprika

Cooking Mexican chicken salad

1. * avocado should be peeled and cut into wedges.
2. Tossi all ingredients except lettuce, avocado and paprika.
3. Serve on lettuce with avocado; sprinkle with paprika.
