Mexican Cassarole ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 1⁄2 c Rice
  • 29 oz Dices tomatoes
  • 1⁄3 c Tomato juice
  • 2 t garlic Powder
  • 2 t Onion powder
  • 1 T Chili powder
  • 1⁄2 c Frozen corn
  • 1⁄2 Green Pepper
  • 1⁄2 a yellow pepper
  • 1 1⁄2 c water

Cooking Mexican Cassarole

1. Fill casserole dish with can tomatoes, water, tomato juice, rice and stir well.
2. Add vegetables, spices and cover will foil wrap and bake at 350f for approximately 30 min. While it is baking, fry ground turkey.
3. Remove dish from oven, add ground turkey, stir well and bake for an additional 10 min. If the rice is dryer than wanted add more tomato juice.
4. Remove from oven and check if vegetables are ready.
5. Voila.
