Mexicali Macaroni and Crab Casserole ingredients

  • 1 pk STOUFFER'S® frozen Macaroni and Cheese
  • 3⁄4 c ORTEGA® Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 1 bo ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
  • 8 oz fresh or imitation crabmeat
  • 1⁄2 t Chili powder
  • 1⁄4 t Ground cumin
  • 1 c Crushed tortilla chips
  • 1⁄4 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1⁄4 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 T Finely chopped green onion

Cooking Mexicali Macaroni and Crab Casserole

1. PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Greasei 2-quart baking dish.
2. COMBINE macaroni and cheese, salsa, chiles, crabmeat, chili powder and cumin in medium bowl.
3. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
4. BAKE for 25 minutes or until bubbly around edges; top with crushed tortilla chips and Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese.
5. BAKE for 5 to 10 minutes or until tortilla chips are golden brown and the cheese.
6. Sprinkle with green onion.
7. *DEFROST Macaronii and Cheesei in microwave on 50% power for 20 to 25 minutes.
