Mersey Point Salmon Pate ingredients
- 1⁄4 lb Smoked salmon
- 1⁄2 lb Smoked mackerel fillets
- 8 oz Light cream cheese
- 2 t Lemon juice
- 1 t Horseradish
- Fresh ground pepper
Cooking Mersey Point Salmon Pate
1. Remove skin and bones from smoked mackerel.
2. Pureei all ingredients in a food processor.
3. Package for refrigerator.
