Melt In Your Mouth Blueberry Cake ingredients

  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1⁄4 c Sugar
  • 1⁄2 c butter
  • dsp Salt
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 3⁄4 c Sugar
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 1 1⁄2 c flour; sifted
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1⁄3 c Milk
  • 1 1⁄2 c Blueberries

Cooking Melt In Your Mouth Blueberry Cake

1. Recipe by: Copper Light In Porti Clyde, Maine Pat beat the egg whites until stiff.
2. Add 1/4 C sugar.
3. In a separate bowl cream the butter, add salt and vanilla, add the remaining sugar and egg yolks.
4. Beat until light and fluffy.
5. mix the flour baking powder, add alternately with the milk to the creamed mixture.
6. Foldi in the egg white mixture and the blueberries.
7. Greasei a 8 x 8 inch pan. Pour in the batter and sprinkle the top with granulated sugar.
8. Bakei in a 350 oven for about 50 minutes or until it tests done.
9. Place the pan in the upper 1/3 of the oven Serves 9 -----.
