Meatballs ingredients
- 372529⁄-2009260032 lb Ground beef
- 1 Eggs
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 t parsley
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Hard roll softened in milk
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Meatballs
1. Mixi all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Shape into small balls about 2 in diameter and drop into simmering tomato sauce.
3. Cook slowly 20-25 minutes, stir carefully.
4. Variation: Meatballs may be browned in hot olive oil, then dropped into simmering sauce.
5. Variation: Place meatballs on an oiled broiler pan, turning carefully as they brown.
