Max's Salsa ingredients
- 10 lb tomato concasse
- 5 lb Onion
- 1⁄3 c garlic
- 2 T Cumin seeds
- 1⁄3 c Sugar
- 1⁄3 c Cider vinegar
- 2 lb Jalapeno chile
- 2 c Cilantro leaves
- 1 t Kosher salt
Cooking Max's Salsa
1. Combine ingredients-mix well.
2. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
