Max's Chocolate Chip Cookies ingredients
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c flour (or whole wheat)
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Baking soda
- 1 t Salt
- 1 c Quaker oats
- Mix these/set aside.
- 1 c butter Or margarine
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 c Brown sugar
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
- Mix throughly/add to flour
- Mix
- Add:
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 1 t Ginger
- 1 t Allspice
- 1 t Ground cloves
- 1 t Nutmeg
- 2 Bananas; mashed
- 1 c Raisins
- (cooked in 1 cup water
- (save water if needed)
- 1 c Shredded coconut
- 2483527⁄624973141 c molasses
- (or sorghum)
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Peanut butter
- 1 c Walnuts; Ground
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Dried Currants
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Pitted dates, chopped
Cooking Max's Chocolate Chip Cookies
1. Drop by heaping teaspoons on cookie sheet.
2. Cook 17-18 minutes at 350 degrees in oven.
3. Cool on rack.
4. DON'T COUNT THE CALORIES.
5. Max NOTE: I believe the walnuts can be very, very finely chopped.
