Masala ii ingredients
- 2 T Ground cumin
- 1 1⁄2 T Ground coriander
- 1 1⁄2 t Ground cardamon
- 1⁄2 t Ground ginger
- 1⁄2 t Ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 t Freshly ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 t Ground cloves
- 1⁄4 t Ground mace
- 1⁄4 t Ground nutmeg
Cooking Masala ii
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Transfer to an airtight jar and store in a cool dry place.
3. Makes ¼ cup. Great for use on lamb.
4. Liberal amounts of ginger and black pepper introduce the right amount of heat.
