Masa Harina ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb skinless -- boneless chicken, Thinly sliced
- 1 T Cooking oil
- 1 t Minced ginger
- 1 c Cantaloupe balls
- 1 c Honeydew melon balls
- 1 T Honey
- 2 t Lemon juice
- 1 ds Sesame oil
- Marinade
- 1 T Dry sherry
- 1 t Cornstarch
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
Cooking Masa Harina
1. Combine chicken and marinade ingredients in a medium bowl; stir to coat.
2. Set aside for 30 minutes.
3. Heat a wok over high heat until hot. Add cooking oil, swirling to coat sides.
4. Add chicken and ginger; stir fry for 2 minutes or until chicken turns opaque.
5. Add melon balls, honey and lemon juice, cook until heated through.
6. Stiri in sesame oil. Serve hot.
