Marlo Thomas' Lamb Chops Creole ingredients

  • 6 Shoulder lamb chops
  • 1 t Cooking oil
  • 1 med onions, diced
  • 1 1⁄2 c Green pepper, chopped
  • 2 1⁄2 c Canned tomatoes -- drained
  • 2 dsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1⁄2 t Chili powder

Cooking Marlo Thomas' Lamb Chops Creole

1. Sprinkle a heavy frying pan with salt; brown the chops on both sides and put them in a casserole.
2. Wipe out the skillet with a paper napkin or towel; put in the oil and heat.
3. Add the onions and green pepper.
4. Browni lightly; then add tomatoes and seasoning.
5. Stiri the mixture well; simmer for a few minutes and then pour it over the lamb chops.
6. Bakei tightly covered for an hour at 350~.
