Marinated Seafood Steaks ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Dry white wine
- 1⁄4 c Honey
- 1⁄4 c soy sauce
- 2 garlic
- 1⁄4 c Sesame oil
- 6 halibut steak
Cooking Marinated Seafood Steaks
1. Combine all ingredients except fish in shallow nonmetal dish.
2. Add fish and turn to coat all sides.
3. Cover dish and refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning fish occasionally.
4. Broili 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
5. Heat remaining marinade and pass separately.
6. Serving Tip: Serve with steamed rice and crisp-cooked vegetables.
