Marinated salmon steaks 2

Marinated salmon steaks 2 ingredients
- 4 Salmon steaks, about 1" thic
- Marinade
- 1⁄2 c Vegatable oil
- 1⁄2 c white wine vinegar
- 1 t Sugar
- 1 t Dried parsley flakes
- 1⁄8 t Pepper
- 1⁄2 t Dried Italian Seasoning
- 1⁄8 t Paprika
- 1⁄4 t garlic salt
- 1⁄4 t Onion powder
Cooking Marinated salmon steaks 2
1. In shallow bowl, blend all the marinade ingredients.
2. Place salmon steaks in plastic bag. Pour marinade over fish.
3. Seal bag. Refrigerate at least 1 & ½ hours, turning bag over two or three times.
4. Remove the steaks from marinade.
5. Reserve marinade.
6. Arrange fish on the grill and baste with marinade.
7. Broili 4-5 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
8. Turn. Bastei with remaining marinade.
9. Broil until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 5 minutes.
