Marinated catfish ingredients

  • 4 Catfish fillets
  • Melted butter or margarine
  • LEMON MARINADE
  • 1⁄2 c Lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 c Vegatable oil
  • 2 T Chopped onion
  • 1 t Salt substitute, (mrs. dash)
  • 1 t Tabasco sauce
  • ITALIAN MARINADE
  • 1 c Italian dressing, (regular o
  • 2 1⁄2 T Lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • WINE MARINADE
  • 1⁄2 c Dry white wine
  • 1⁄2 c Vegatable oil
  • 2 T Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Lemon, thinly sliced

Cooking Marinated catfish

1. Combine ingredients from one of the recipes.
2. Marinatei fillets 1-2 hours turning occasionally.
3. Broili fillets until fish flakes easily with a fork.
4. Bastei with marinade and/or melted margarine.
5. Broil 6-8" from heat for 5 minutes.
