Marinated bean and ham salad ingredients
- 4 c Cooked Idaho Beans
- - Small Red, Great Northern
- - or Pink Beans
- - (or combination)

- 2 T Chopped parsley
- c Vegatable oil
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Wine vinegar
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic Powder
- Fresh ground pepper
- -to taste
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Slivered ham
- (optional)
- Tomato wedges
- Green pepper rings
Cooking Marinated bean and ham salad
1. Tossi beans with green pepper, celery, onion and parsley.
2. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
3. Pour over beans; toss to combine.
4. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
5. Add ham at serving time.
6. Garnishi with tomato wedges and green pepper rings, if desired.
7. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
