Maple acorn squash no. 2 ingredients

  • 2 Med Acorn squash
  • 8 T Brown sugar
  • 1 c Maple syrup
  • 4 T butter

Cooking Maple acorn squash no. 2

1. This is the quick and easy version.
2. Cut each squash in half; remove seeds and fibers.
3. Arrange, cut side up in a large shallow baking pan. Spoon 2 tbsp brown sugar into hollow of each squash.
4. Add 1 tbsp butter to each.
5. Top with a ΒΌ cup of maple syrup.
6. Bakei for 1 hour at 350f or until fork tender.
