Mangoes and ice cream

Mangoes and ice cream ingredients
- 3 med Ripe mangoes
- 1 c Brown sugar
- 1 c water
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 c vanilla ice cream
Cooking Mangoes and ice cream
1. Bring water and brown sugar to a boil, add flavorings and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Peeli and slice mangoes and add to mixture.
3. Simmeri for 10 minutes more or until tender.
4. Cool serve with vanilla ice cream and-or whipped cream.
